Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle an average of 55+ calls and emails, addressing customer inquiries and issues
- Resolve customer issues in a first call resolution manner while documenting necessary information
- Educate customers on self-service functions and assist them in navigating company websites
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 1+ years of experience in a customer service or office setting
- Familiarity with computer systems and ability to learn new software
- Ability to work flexible 8.5-hour shifts between 6:00 AM and 10:00 PM CST
