Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle an average of 55+ calls and emails, addressing customer inquiries and issues
  • Resolve customer issues in a first call resolution manner while documenting necessary information
  • Educate customers on self-service functions and assist them in navigating company websites
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma / GED
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • 1+ years of experience in a customer service or office setting
  • Familiarity with computer systems and ability to learn new software
  • Ability to work flexible 8.5-hour shifts between 6:00 AM and 10:00 PM CST
