Job Summary

Providing exceptional customer service remotely, the full-time Senior Customer Service Representative will manage inbound calls from providers, resolve inquiries related to claims, and navigate multiple systems to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.

Key responsibilities:
  • Assist customers via phone regarding claim status, review status, and appeal status
  • Research claims and analyze case statuses to determine next steps in the claims process
  • Document customer interactions while maintaining adherence standards and compliance policies
Required qualifications:
  • High School Diploma / GED
  • 2+ years of experience in healthcare, claims, or insurance industries
  • 2+ years of telephonic customer service experience handling high call volumes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • Ability to work an eight-hour shift between Monday and Friday, 07:00 AM - 07:00 PM CST
