Job Summary
Providing exceptional customer service remotely, the full-time Senior Customer Service Representative will manage inbound calls from providers, resolve inquiries related to claims, and navigate multiple systems to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist customers via phone regarding claim status, review status, and appeal status
- Research claims and analyze case statuses to determine next steps in the claims process
- Document customer interactions while maintaining adherence standards and compliance policies
Required qualifications:
- High School Diploma / GED
- 2+ years of experience in healthcare, claims, or insurance industries
- 2+ years of telephonic customer service experience handling high call volumes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Ability to work an eight-hour shift between Monday and Friday, 07:00 AM - 07:00 PM CST
