Job Summary

Providing exceptional customer service and managing accounts, the full-time Senior Customer Service Representative will support field sales representatives, handle customer orders, track demand and backorders, and resolve post-sales issues while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Ensures outstanding customer service and operational execution to meet service level targets
  • Manages customer account activities, including order fulfillment, backorders, and addressing customer inquiries
  • Collects and reviews customer feedback, collaborating with Quality and Regulatory teams on complaints and product returns
Required qualifications
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience preferred
  • High School Diploma, GED, or technical certification in a related field or equivalent experience preferred
