Job Summary
Providing outstanding customer service and managing accounts, the full-time Senior Customer Service Representative will support sales representatives, handle order fulfillment, and resolve customer inquiries while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Manages customer account activity including order fulfillment, backorders, and product change requests
- Acts as a liaison for outsourced services, facilitating problem-solving and issue resolution
- Collects and reviews customer feedback, supporting process improvement initiatives for operational efficiency
Required qualifications
- 1-3 years of customer service experience preferred
- High School Diploma, GED, or technical certification in a related field or equivalent experience preferred
