Job Summary

Providing outstanding customer service and managing accounts, the full-time Senior Customer Service Representative will support sales representatives, handle order fulfillment, and resolve customer inquiries while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Manages customer account activity including order fulfillment, backorders, and product change requests
  • Acts as a liaison for outsourced services, facilitating problem-solving and issue resolution
  • Collects and reviews customer feedback, supporting process improvement initiatives for operational efficiency
Required qualifications
  • 1-3 years of customer service experience preferred
  • High School Diploma, GED, or technical certification in a related field or equivalent experience preferred
