Job Summary

Providing outstanding customer service and managing accounts, the full-time Senior Customer Service Representative will support sales representatives, handle order fulfillment, track demand and backorders, and resolve customer issues while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Manages customer account activity, including order fulfillment and addressing customer inquiries
  • Acts as a liaison for outsourced services, assisting with invoicing and problem resolution
  • Collects customer feedback and collaborates with internal teams to enhance service and operational efficiency
Required qualifications
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience preferred
  • High School Diploma, GED, or technical certification in a related field or equivalent experience preferred
