Job Summary

A company is looking for a German Bilingual Senior Customer Service - Social.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a company ambassador, addressing member issues and questions
  • Create personalized experiences for members by understanding their goals and providing tailored recommendations
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for members' inquiries

Required Qualifications:
  • Fluency in both German and English (Mandatory)
  • 3+ years of experience in high-volume customer service or equivalent
  • Growth mindset, adaptability, and flexibility in a changing environment
  • Proficient in G-suite, Microsoft Office, and web-based applications
  • High school diploma/GED equivalent
