A company is looking for a German Bilingual Senior Customer Service - Social.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a company ambassador, addressing member issues and questions
- Create personalized experiences for members by understanding their goals and providing tailored recommendations
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for members' inquiries
Required Qualifications:
- Fluency in both German and English (Mandatory)
- 3+ years of experience in high-volume customer service or equivalent
- Growth mindset, adaptability, and flexibility in a changing environment
- Proficient in G-suite, Microsoft Office, and web-based applications
- High school diploma/GED equivalent
