Senior Customer Service Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Specialist-Customer Service Senior.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule patient appointments telephonically across 30 service lines
• Monitor records for accuracy and maintain communication with clinical and non-clinical staff
• Facilitate access to nurse triage via EMR or live transfer when necessary

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
• Prior experience in the medical field required
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
• Must reside in Indiana and be able to work remotely during portions of the shift
