Job Summary
Seeking a detail-oriented Senior Customer Service Specialist, this full-time remote position will resolve complex customer issues, provide advanced technical support, and serve as the first level of escalation for problem resolution, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities:
- Resolve complex customer issues related to repair, maintenance, billing, and orders
- Proactively identify and communicate service-affecting issues to enhance customer experience

Required qualifications:
