Job Summary
Providing technical support and customer service, the part-time Senior Customer Service Specialist will troubleshoot user issues and assist with technology-related inquiries remotely for a duration of 4-5 months with potential for extension.
Key responsibilities
- Answer phone calls and assist users in troubleshooting basic technical challenges
- Guide clients through solutions such as clearing browser history and logging in/out of systems
- Deliver exceptional customer service while managing client inquiries effectively
Required qualifications
