Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Act as the technical authority on the platform and serve as the customer's primary advisor
- Assist with customer onboarding to drive product adoption
- Understand customer requirements and challenges to deliver expected outcomes and value
Required Qualifications
- Experience in a Cyber Security role or with Cloud Ecosystems in engineering or professional services
- Minimum of 5 years post-sales experience focused on customer growth and retention
- Familiarity with Linux, Helm, Terraform, Kubernetes, or Cloud Platforms
- Fluency in Japanese and professional working proficiency in English
- Proactive team player with a focus on inspiring customer loyalty
