Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Customer Solutions Engineer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the technical authority on the platform and serve as the customer's primary advisor
  • Assist with customer onboarding to drive product adoption
  • Understand customer requirements and challenges to deliver expected outcomes and value


Required Qualifications
  • Experience in a Cyber Security role or with Cloud Ecosystems in engineering or professional services
  • Minimum of 5 years post-sales experience focused on customer growth and retention
  • Familiarity with Linux, Helm, Terraform, Kubernetes, or Cloud Platforms
  • Fluency in Japanese and professional working proficiency in English
  • Proactive team player with a focus on inspiring customer loyalty
