Job Summary

Providing technical support and leadership in technology solutions, the full-time Senior Customer Solutions Engineer will focus on mainframe modernization projects, including infrastructure, application, and process modernization, while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:
  • Deliver services to customers by managing complex project scopes with minimal direction
  • Contribute to the design and deployment of Rocket products and assist in implementing new solutions
  • Communicate project status and risks effectively to project leads and maintain good relationships with team members and customers
Required qualifications:
  • 5-7 years of relevant technical experience in IT project implementations
  • Experience with Rocket Enterprise Server and Enterprise Developer
  • Proficiency in IBM Enterprise COBOL or PLI programming and system-level experience with IBM CICS, IMS, and JCL
  • Familiarity with cloud infrastructure technologies such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred
