Job Summary
Delivering end-to-end solutions for customer orders, the full-time remote Senior Customer Solutions Engineer will engineer wavelength and Ethernet capacity to meet technical requirements while collaborating with internal teams to fulfill customer requests efficiently.
Key responsibilities
- Performs detailed and complex solutioning for Wavelength and Ethernet customer orders
- Triggers projects utilizing practical and economical means for network capacity needs
- Analyzes complex transport network systems and resolves interoperability problems across platforms
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of relevant experience
- Experience with Ciena 6500 DWDM system
- Experience designing DWDM system plans
- SQL experience
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
