Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior or Lead Customer Strategist to enhance multi-product quoting capabilities within their Commercial Lines Acquisition & Small Business Insurance team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the support and enhancement of multi-product quoting capabilities
- Drive agent engagement and create streamlined quoting experiences
- Identify experience gaps and implement strategies for actionable enhancements
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of eight years of related professional work experience, or a Bachelor's degree with a minimum of five years of related experience
- Experience in defining and delivering products through digital, voice, and agent channel experiences
- Experience partnering with IT teams, preferably with Agile development methodologies
- Experience supporting quoting and/or servicing applications
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
