Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior or Lead Customer Strategist to enhance multi-product quoting capabilities within their Commercial Lines Acquisition & Small Business Insurance team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the support and enhancement of multi-product quoting capabilities
  • Drive agent engagement and create streamlined quoting experiences
  • Identify experience gaps and implement strategies for actionable enhancements
Required Qualifications
  • A minimum of eight years of related professional work experience, or a Bachelor's degree with a minimum of five years of related experience
  • Experience in defining and delivering products through digital, voice, and agent channel experiences
  • Experience partnering with IT teams, preferably with Agile development methodologies
  • Experience supporting quoting and/or servicing applications
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
