Job Summary
Building strong C-suite relationships, the full-time Senior Principal Customer Strategist will execute management consulting engagements that drive transformational outcomes while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with C-suite executives within customer organizations
- Guide customers on optimizing operational effectiveness and maximizing their investment in Ping Identity
- Lead strategy workshops and conduct executive business reviews to align discussions with account strategy
Required qualifications
- Strong strategic thinking and business acumen
- Multiple years of experience meeting or exceeding business goals
- Outstanding presentation and client-facing skills
