Job Summary

Building strong C-suite relationships, the full-time Senior Principal Customer Strategist will execute management consulting engagements that drive transformational outcomes while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Cultivate and nurture relationships with C-suite executives within customer organizations
• Guide customers on optimizing operational effectiveness and maximizing their investment in Ping Identity
• Lead strategy workshops and conduct executive business reviews to align discussions with account strategy
