Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Customer Success Advisor/Customer Success Advisor.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary post-onboarding contact for Hotels and Venues in North America regarding Hospitality Cloud Group Business products
  • Develop goal-based success plans with key stakeholders to enhance product usage and drive client retention
  • Collaborate with internal teams to execute success plans and contribute to internal projects aimed at improving processes
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree with strong academic credentials
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in hospitality and/or hotel software industries
  • Experience in customer success and retention management is a plus
  • Strong business acumen and high integrity
  • High aptitude for learning software and comfortable with general office software applications
