Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Customer Success Advisor/Customer Success Advisor.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary post-onboarding contact for Hotels and Venues in North America regarding Hospitality Cloud Group Business products
- Develop goal-based success plans with key stakeholders to enhance product usage and drive client retention
- Collaborate with internal teams to execute success plans and contribute to internal projects aimed at improving processes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with strong academic credentials
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in hospitality and/or hotel software industries
- Experience in customer success and retention management is a plus
- Strong business acumen and high integrity
- High aptitude for learning software and comfortable with general office software applications
