Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Customer Success Advocate to ensure customers maximize the value of their real-time data platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs) to align on objectives and product utilization
  • Deliver annual cluster health checks to assess deployments and provide actionable insights
  • Monitor account health and report on product usage, support trends, and customer feedback
Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar roles in enterprise software or SaaS
  • Proven ability to manage high-value accounts with a focus on relationship depth
  • Technical aptitude with fundamentals of distributed databases and cloud infrastructure
  • Experience conducting executive business reviews and engaging with technical and business stakeholders
  • Prior exposure to database, cloud, or infrastructure technologies is a significant plus
