Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Customer Success Advocate to ensure customers maximize the value of their real-time data platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs) to align on objectives and product utilization
- Deliver annual cluster health checks to assess deployments and provide actionable insights
- Monitor account health and report on product usage, support trends, and customer feedback
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar roles in enterprise software or SaaS
- Proven ability to manage high-value accounts with a focus on relationship depth
- Technical aptitude with fundamentals of distributed databases and cloud infrastructure
- Experience conducting executive business reviews and engaging with technical and business stakeholders
- Prior exposure to database, cloud, or infrastructure technologies is a significant plus
