Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Customer Success Operations Analyst to support its Global Customer Success Organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive proactive insights from data signals to recommend process improvements for Customer Success teams
  • Collaborate with Success teams to define projects and process improvements for optimal performance
  • Manage scalable operations activities and ensure data integrity across post-sales systems
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success operations, preferably in high-growth SaaS environments
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce and other Customer Success systems
  • Experience with customer health metrics and Success KPIs
  • Proven ability to lead process improvement initiatives in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical skills to build and interpret reports and dashboards
