Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Customer Success Architect based in the west region.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor for customers
- Provide strategic consultation in taxonomy design, instrumentation, and data governance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize data management experiences for customers
Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years of customer-facing technical experience with enterprise accounts
- Competent in API/SDK concepts and programming languages (e.g., SQL, JavaScript, Java, Python)
- Prior experience with SaaS solutions in product analytics, digital marketing, or related fields is preferred
- Strong execution and customer service-oriented skills
- Ability to effectively prioritize and complete customer deliverables on time
