Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Customer Success Architect based in the west region.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as a trusted technical advisor for customers
Provide strategic consultation in taxonomy design, instrumentation, and data governance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize data management experiences for customers

Required Qualifications

At least 5 years of customer-facing technical experience with enterprise accounts
