Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a trusted technical advisor for customers
  • Provide strategic consultation in taxonomy design, instrumentation, and data governance
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline internal processes and improve data management experience
Required Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of customer-facing technical experience with enterprise accounts
  • Competent in programming languages and concepts relevant to web and mobile development (e.g., SQL, JavaScript, Java, Python)
  • Experience with SaaS solutions in product analytics, digital marketing, or related domains preferred
  • Strong execution and customer service orientation
  • Ability to effectively engage with stakeholders of varying technical competencies
