Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Customer Success Architect - West.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor for customers
- Provide strategic consultation in taxonomy design, instrumentation, and data governance
- Collaborate cross-functionally to improve data management experiences for customers
Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years of customer-facing technical experience with enterprise accounts
- Competent in API/SDK concepts and programming languages such as SQL, JavaScript, and Python
- Experience with SaaS solutions in product analytics, digital marketing, or business intelligence
- Ability to effectively prioritize and complete customer deliverables on time
- Strong understanding of modern web and mobile development concepts
