Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

- Familiarity with tools such as Planhat, Zendesk, or Salesforce
- Ability to manage a high volume of emails and tickets effectively
- Comfortable discussing contracts and renewals with a focus on retention and expansion
- A strong curiosity to understand customer health data and enhance user value in SaaS products
