Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Customer Success Consultant who ensures successful activation, implementation, and early adoption of solutions, driving business outcomes for customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define the initial customer experience post-sales and drive the strategy for launching solutions at new customer accounts
  • Lead discovery processes to understand customer needs and align project configurations
  • Deliver targeted training and enablement programs to minimize ramp time and accelerate onboarding
Required Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of relevant work experience
  • Experience in a SaaS software company preferred
  • Experience in Sales or Revenue Operations managing processes such as forecasting and territory design preferred
  • Basic proficiency with Salesforce and other SaaS CRM platforms preferred
  • Experience delivering consultative engagements at a consultancy is a plus
