Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Customer Success Engineer (EST).

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the technical customer relationship from implementation to ongoing support and ticket resolution
  • Develop deep product expertise to guide customers through complex issues and workflows
  • Create tutorials and enablement content to enhance customer experience and prevent repeat issues
Required Qualifications
  • Solid experience in a technical support, customer-facing engineering, or solutions engineering role
  • Hands-on experience with modern backend/web stacks (APIs, auth, networking, observability)
  • Strong debugging skills and ability to navigate complex systems
  • Experience with ticketing tools such as Zendesk/Pylon or Jira/Linear
  • Ability to work independently and drive issues to resolution
