Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Customer Success Engineer to join their Customer Success team.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle and resolve Tier 1-3 product support issues and solution implementation with minimal developer involvement
- Serve as the primary technical contact for key customers, ensuring a deep understanding of their business and technical needs
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to enhance user experience and assist customers in integrating application security into their workflows
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a technical role such as developer, technical architect, or customer success engineer
- Strong experience in application security, performance optimization, and cloud technologies (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and its ecosystem
- Understanding of DevOps principles, including CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field preferred
