Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with regional Customer Success Managers and account teams to enhance customer value and adoption
- Provide technical guidance on strategic initiatives and assist in unblocking support cases
- Document key interactions and collaborate with CSM leadership to improve processes
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in customer-facing technical roles
- Bachelor's degree in a STEM field or equivalent professional experience
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly
- Preferred experience in cybersecurity, especially in identity and access management
- Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment
