Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with regional Customer Success Managers and account teams to enhance customer value and adoption
  • Provide technical guidance on strategic initiatives and assist in unblocking support cases
  • Document key interactions and collaborate with CSM leadership to improve processes
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in customer-facing technical roles
  • Bachelor's degree in a STEM field or equivalent professional experience
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly
  • Preferred experience in cybersecurity, especially in identity and access management
  • Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment
