Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Customer Success Engineer, German speaking.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain post-sales relationships with strategic customers, serving as a trusted advisor
- Provide guidance on product usage and advocate for customers' goals and requirements
- Collaborate with support teams to resolve customer issues and participate in business reviews
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience
- 4+ years of experience working with large enterprise customers
- Demonstrated experience as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for related technologies
- Professional Level Dynatrace certification (or obtain within six months)
- Strong technical understanding in SaaS and relevant cloud technologies
