Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Customer Success Engineer, German speaking.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain post-sales relationships with strategic customers, acting as a trusted advisor
- Provide subject matter expertise to ensure successful product adoption and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with support teams and customers to advocate for timely issue resolution and success planning
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience
- 4+ years of experience working with large enterprise customers, including executive leadership
- Professional Level Dynatrace certification or willingness to obtain within six months
- Strong technical understanding of SaaS and related technologies
- Fluency in English and German, with experience in Swiss-German accounts being a plus
