Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Customer Success Engineer, German speaking.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain post-sales relationships with strategic customers, acting as a trusted advisor
  • Provide subject matter expertise to ensure successful product adoption and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with support teams and customers to advocate for timely issue resolution and success planning
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience
  • 4+ years of experience working with large enterprise customers, including executive leadership
  • Professional Level Dynatrace certification or willingness to obtain within six months
  • Strong technical understanding of SaaS and related technologies
  • Fluency in English and German, with experience in Swiss-German accounts being a plus
