Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Customer Success Engineer to join their Customer Success team.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with multiple customers to ensure successful adoption and satisfaction with products
- Provide technical guidance and strategic advice to optimize AI assistants
- Support customers through issue resolution and communicate insights to product and engineering teams
Required Qualifications
- Deep technical expertise in conversational AI or NLP/LLM-based technologies
- Experience working with technical and business decision-makers in customer leadership teams
- Proficiency in Python or Full Stack applications running in the cloud, with DevOps experience preferred
- Experience managing on-prem licensed software solutions is a plus
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
