Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Customer Success Engineer to join their Customer Success team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with multiple customers to ensure successful adoption and satisfaction with products
  • Provide technical guidance and strategic advice to optimize AI assistants
  • Support customers through issue resolution and communicate insights to product and engineering teams
Required Qualifications
  • Deep technical expertise in conversational AI or NLP/LLM-based technologies
  • Experience working with technical and business decision-makers in customer leadership teams
  • Proficiency in Python or Full Stack applications running in the cloud, with DevOps experience preferred
  • Experience managing on-prem licensed software solutions is a plus
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
