Job Summary
Providing expert guidance to existing customers, the remote Senior Customer Success Engineer will develop strong relationships, troubleshoot complex issues, and support clients in successfully adopting and scaling the Solo.io product portfolio.
Key responsibilities
- Provide daily expert guidance and support to customers throughout their product lifecycle
- Develop strong relationships with customers, sales, and product teams to facilitate successful implementations
- Proactively guide customers through architectural decisions and troubleshoot complex situations collaboratively
Required qualifications
- At least two years of hands-on experience with Kubernetes
- Working knowledge of Go, Java, Node.js, or a related modern programming language
- Ability to troubleshoot by digging into code
- Experience engaging with open source projects and communities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
