Job Summary

Driving long-term customer outcomes, the full-time remote Senior Customer Success Engineer will lead onboarding, adoption, and optimization of the Veeam Data Platform while proactively identifying churn risks and upsell opportunities.

Key responsibilities
  • Configure customer accounts and facilitate onboarding while customizing backup policies and storage
  • Identify migration opportunities and conduct success planning sessions to align business outcomes with product adoption
  • Run recovery simulations and deliver quarterly resilience reports to track and report on customer resilience posture
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years in customer-facing engineering roles focused on data backup and recovery
  • Hands-on expertise across operating systems, virtualization, storage, and cloud platforms
  • VMCE certification required (may be completed post-hire)
  • Preferred industry certifications include AWS Solutions Architect and Microsoft Azure Administrator or Solutions Architect Expert
  • Proven ability to translate business outcomes into technical adoption roadmaps
