Job Summary
To deliver exceptional customer support, the remote Senior Customer Success Engineer will manage customer relationships, provide technical guidance, and ensure clients maximize the value of their solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support to customers through various channels during standard business hours, addressing critical concerns as needed
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships while serving as a trusted technical resource
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical challenges and ensure customer requests are progressing toward resolution
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of college education or equivalent professional work experience
- 5+ years of customer service experience supporting software solutions
- 5+ years of contact center industry experience
- Demonstrated experience working collaboratively within a team environment
- Strong understanding of contact center operations and supporting software technologies
