Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Customer Success Executive to support the implementation and adoption of enterprise solutions in healthcare settings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with internal teams to tailor data collection efforts to healthcare facility needs
- Evaluate on-site workflows and identify opportunities for improvement in Emergency Department and Lab practices
- Serve as the main contact for project management, ensuring alignment among Sales, Medical Affairs, and the Customer
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree, with nursing credentials preferred
- Combination of clinical and industry experience
- Proven track record in driving hospital-level implementation projects
- Ability to establish clinical credibility with customers
- Proficiency in MS Office
