Key Responsibilities:
  • Understand customer needs and partner with them to define business outcomes
  • Track customer health and escalate concerns internally
  • Drive customer value and ensure maximum value from their investment

Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of experience in Accounting or US Taxation
  • 3+ years of experience in client management
  • Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred
  • Experience in ONESOURCE, Gainsight, and Salesforce a plus
  • Strong business acumen and communication skills
