- Ability to build successful relationships with external customers and influence their investment decisions
- Experience in driving cloud consumption and adapting to changing business environments
- Demonstrated experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve results
- 12+ years of related experience, including 5+ years in customer success management and people management
