Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Senior Customer Success in B2B SaaS, preferably in healthcare and Salesforce
  • Experience managing a book of business exceeding $3M ARR
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and customer success tools
  • Proven ability to navigate complex client relationships and drive retention
  • Experience translating technical concepts into business value for non-technical stakeholders
