Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Senior Customer Success in B2B SaaS, preferably in healthcare and Salesforce
- Experience managing a book of business exceeding $3M ARR
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and customer success tools
- Proven ability to navigate complex client relationships and drive retention
- Experience translating technical concepts into business value for non-technical stakeholders
