Job Summary

To support health system clients in maximizing the value of SmarterDx's platform, the fully remote Senior Customer Success Manager will manage a portfolio of customers, develop strong relationships, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive solutions and monitor client performance.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of existing customers, ensuring they achieve their business objectives
  • Develop deep relationships with clients and act as a trusted advisor, providing guidance and insights
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and facilitate successful implementations
Required qualifications
  • 7-10+ years of experience in customer success or account management, primarily in the health tech sector
  • Familiarity with DRGs and their translation into payment
  • Proven ability to take ownership of client success and manage multiple roles effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to navigate difficult conversations
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating critical thinking and adaptability
