Driving data excellence in a full-time capacity, the Senior Customer Success Manager will manage state implementations, ensuring client retention and successful SaaS rollouts while working remotely with occasional travel.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee the implementation of data solutions for state education departments
  • Achieve Gross Retention Rate (GRR) and Net Revenue Retention (NRR) targets through effective client relationship management
  • Lead complex SaaS implementations, ensuring successful project delivery and client satisfaction
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Education, Data Science, Business, etc.)
  • Proven track record of achieving GRR and NRR targets
  • Experience working with state-level education systems or large-scale data environments
  • Familiarity with SaaS implementation processes
