Job Summary

Focused on driving expansion and retention, the full-time remote Senior Customer Success Manager will manage a portfolio of developer-first software companies, ensuring measurable ROI and customer advocacy throughout the customer journey.

Key responsibilities
  • Maintain over 95% gross retention and identify churn risks early while driving executive alignment and renewal strategies
  • Drive expansion revenue by identifying upsell opportunities and partnering with Account Executives to close expansion deals
  • Own onboarding for strategic accounts, ensuring successful adoption of new product features and quantifying value in business terms
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Strategic Consulting
  • Experience managing $100K+ ARR SaaS accounts
  • Familiarity with technical products, preferably in DevOps, Data, Security, or Cloud Infrastructure
  • Strong business acumen with a data-driven and analytical mindset
  • Experience supporting Marketing or Developer Relations teams is a plus
