Job Summary
Focused on driving expansion and retention, the full-time remote Senior Customer Success Manager will manage a portfolio of developer-first software companies, ensuring measurable ROI and customer advocacy throughout the customer journey.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain over 95% gross retention and identify churn risks early while driving executive alignment and renewal strategies
- Drive expansion revenue by identifying upsell opportunities and partnering with Account Executives to close expansion deals
- Own onboarding for strategic accounts, ensuring successful adoption of new product features and quantifying value in business terms
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Strategic Consulting
- Experience managing $100K+ ARR SaaS accounts
- Familiarity with technical products, preferably in DevOps, Data, Security, or Cloud Infrastructure
- Strong business acumen with a data-driven and analytical mindset
- Experience supporting Marketing or Developer Relations teams is a plus
