Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify opportunity paths and deliver value to Enterprise customers
  • Create and deliver Success Plans in a high complexity, high-touch customer environment
  • Develop relationships and work closely with individuals at all levels within a customer organization, including executives

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:
  • Experience in customer success management
  • Ability to proactively solve hard problems on behalf of customers, while managing competing priorities
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Industry and product expertise
  • Ability to develop strategic account plans and high-level relationships with stakeholders
