Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Technical Customer Success Manager in the WEST region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own post-sales relationships for strategic and enterprise accounts in the West Coast and Asia-Pacific region
  • Develop and automate customer lifecycle events and strategic motions for Enterprise customers
  • Represent and champion the customer in internal meetings and partner with the team to grow the business in the region

Required Qualifications:
  • At least 5+ years of experience in SaaS or Enterprise software industry
  • Experience in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, Sales, or Customer Services
  • Must be in Pacific or Mountain Time Zone
  • Working knowledge of Enterprise software subscription lifecycle and processes
  • Experience with Cloud Native best practices and the OpenTelemetry ecosystem
