Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Customer Success Program Manager to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the Customer Success team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and deliver high-impact Customer Success programs to improve retention and accelerate time-to-value
  • Develop scalable onboarding processes and optimize customer journey processes
  • Drive cross-functional awareness of Customer Success data and operationalize the execution of the Customer Success strategy

Required Qualifications
  • 6+ years of experience in building and scaling customer success programs, preferably in a SaaS environment
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive key decisions
  • Experience with CRM software such as Salesforce and Gainsight
  • Knowledge of SaaS customer lifecycles and essential Customer Success metrics
  • Experience in strategic campaign design and management in a B2B SaaS or technology-focused industry
