Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and manage a portfolio of high-value enterprise accounts to increase ARR and drive strategic expansion
  • Develop and execute account plans, aligning customer needs with the product ecosystem
  • Drive retention, mitigate churn risks, and guide customers through major transitions
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in enterprise customer success, account management, or sales in a SaaS environment
  • Experience with account mapping and strategic growth planning for enterprise customers
  • Strong understanding of SaaS metrics and their influence
  • Proven ability to drive expansion and manage complex customer relationships
  • Proficient in CRM tools and data analytics for strategy and decision-making
