Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Own customer relationships and orchestrate all customer activities for successful implementation of the platform
- Project manage implementation timelines and dependencies while ensuring accountability among all parties
- Build cross-functional relationships and success stories to enhance customer engagement and drive platform adoption
Required Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience as a Strategic Customer Success Manager in a SaaS environment or management consulting
- Experience managing large-scale transformation projects with major companies
- Fluency in English is required
- Interest in sustainability and experience with data management and analysis
- Ability to adapt in dynamic environments and a dedication to teamwork
