Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager, Strategic Accounts (Southwest).

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the voice of the customer, providing feedback to maximize customer value and retention
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the product and educate customers on relevant features to drive adoption
  • Engage with senior decision-makers to understand their email security strategies and shape success planning
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in a Customer Success Manager role, with 6+ years in an enterprise SaaS support environment
  • Experience building executive-level relationships within Fortune 500 companies
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills to assess customer ROI and investment
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics and Communications Engineering, or relevant experience
  • Familiarity with case management systems and CRM tools (e.g., SFDC, JIRA)
