Key Responsibilities
- Own customer relationships and orchestrate activities to ensure customer success
- Lead timely implementation of the platform for sustainability initiatives and manage project timelines
- Build cross-functional relationships and monitor customer health metrics to drive platform adoption
Required Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience as a Strategic Customer Success Manager in a customer-facing SaaS role
- Experience managing large-scale transformation projects, preferably with Fortune 500 companies
- Interest or experience in sustainability and climate accounting
- Familiarity with data management and programming languages, including Python
- Ability to adapt to dynamic environments and work collaboratively in a team
