Key Responsibilities
  • Own customer relationships and orchestrate activities to ensure customer success
  • Lead timely implementation of the platform for sustainability initiatives and manage project timelines
  • Build cross-functional relationships and monitor customer health metrics to drive platform adoption
Required Qualifications
  • 2-5 years of experience as a Strategic Customer Success Manager in a customer-facing SaaS role
  • Experience managing large-scale transformation projects, preferably with Fortune 500 companies
  • Interest or experience in sustainability and climate accounting
  • Familiarity with data management and programming languages, including Python
  • Ability to adapt to dynamic environments and work collaboratively in a team
