Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager, Scale.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a large portfolio of customers and deliver engagement strategies by customer segment
  • Develop and execute standardized success programs throughout the customer journey
  • Utilize Gainsight for outreach at scale and lead customer success initiatives
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in scaled SaaS Customer Success
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret customer data and drive strategic decisions
  • Extensive experience leading cross-functional initiatives
  • Experience with Salesforce and Gainsight
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field preferred
