Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Manage a large portfolio of customers and deliver engagement strategies by customer segment
- Develop and execute standardized success programs throughout the customer journey
- Utilize Gainsight for outreach at scale and lead customer success initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years' experience in scaled SaaS Customer Success
- Strong analytical skills to interpret customer data and drive strategic decisions
- Extensive experience leading cross-functional initiatives
- Experience with Salesforce and Gainsight
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field preferred
