Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in a Customer Success Manager role, preferably in a SaaS environment
  • Proven success in managing key customer relationships and account growth
  • Strong understanding of customer success processes and renewal management
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers at all levels
  • Experience with marketing technology or the event industry is a plus
