Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in a Customer Success Manager role, preferably in a SaaS environment
- Proven success in managing key customer relationships and account growth
- Strong understanding of customer success processes and renewal management
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers at all levels
- Experience with marketing technology or the event industry is a plus
