Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with a dedicated portfolio of customers
  • Drive customer renewal and retention while exceeding quarterly Net Dollar Retention (NDR) goals
  • Identify revenue growth opportunities and develop strategies to increase customer engagement and product adoption
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in a commercially-focused Customer Success role within a B2B SaaS environment
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships and trust with clients
  • Experience in assessing growth opportunities and driving deals to closure
  • Familiarity with legal tech and entity/equity management solutions
  • Willingness to travel based on business needs
