Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager for the APAC region (Remote).
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent the Voice of the Customer and manage relationships with the Enterprise segment in the APAC region
- Develop strategic relationships to maximize value for customers and ensure awareness of customer priorities among key stakeholders
- Own the customer journey, focusing on adoption, retention, and account expansion strategies
Required Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Japanese or Korean
- Proven experience in managing customer relationships and driving product adoption
- Understanding of Open-Source applications and the DevOps market
- Strong technical knowledge, including cloud technologies and enterprise security
- Experience with Salesforce and developing account success plans
