Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager to lead customer engagement and drive tailored solutions in the healthcare industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple complex projects and ensure successful implementation of solutions for process improvement and ROI
- Monitor solution adoption and implement corrective actions to enhance customer performance based on KPIs
- Establish best practices and internal processes to support customer relationship management and implementation methodology
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in healthcare or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in a relevant healthcare industry discipline
- 3+ years of experience leading multiple projects with various stakeholders
- 2+ years of healthcare industry consulting experience
- Deep understanding of payor contracting and reimbursement methodologies
