Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager to lead customer engagement and drive tailored solutions in the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple complex projects and ensure successful implementation of solutions for process improvement and ROI
  • Monitor solution adoption and implement corrective actions to enhance customer performance based on KPIs

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in healthcare or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience in a relevant healthcare industry discipline
  • 3+ years of experience leading multiple projects with various stakeholders
  • 2+ years of healthcare industry consulting experience
  • Deep understanding of payor contracting and reimbursement methodologies
